The information I have received. Is that sometimes the page freezes, when you have good to payment so it looks like the picture below. Then it looks like it just stands and does the same thing without moving on.

To try to solve this, we recommend that the customer:
- Try opening the page in another browser, like Chrome or Firefox
- Trying to use a different device
- Ensures that both browsers and operating systems are up to date
- Clear cookies
In most cases, these measures tend to solve the problem, according to those in charge of the system.
